About Troy

Starting his career in the housing industry in 2011, Troy began in the property management industry overseeing 300-700 units. He learned to nurture relationships and create value, which led to a passion for real estate. In just three years as a licensed broker, he has accumulated many five-star ratings and accolades, including Homesnap’s “Most Prominent Agent Award” and being a top producer since 2021. He is a designated Realtor® and a member of many Realtors® Associations.

Specializing in the Palm Harbor and many surrounding Clearwater communities, Troy couldn’t be more passionate about living in East Lake. “It’s a special community. Is there any nicer place to call home?” On weekends he and his wife Jessica are playing sports and swimming with their children Saavy, Lola and Broxton. “Becoming a father has been the most rewarding adventure of my life. They continue to teach me life lessons daily.” Troy is an avid sports fan, dotes on his English Bulldog, Geronimo, and enjoys taking in Florida from his motorcycle, golfing and watching the sunset over the Gulf.
